Outremer - The Second Lapin Mission

Autumn, 1953. Egypt and Britain face off across the Suez Canal and France bleeds white in Indochina. Henry Lapin is dispatched to Cairo to help combat the international heroin trade. In the shadows, the sinister Capitaine Cauchemar plots a revolution in the post-war order, and the creation of a grand French empire overseas - Outremer.
